So far one of the worst experiences I had with hotels. I work in the hospitality industry so I know what's good and bad service. First, I have a total rewards card. It doesn't do anything. They will make you spend a lot for some bad service that you don't even deserve. Parking fees are high, resort fees that doesn't help at all and friggin internet fee that you need to pay (but which they state is included on the resort fees) is too high and slow. Why would you include that on the resort fee if we have to pay for it AGAIN? And the outlets, they don't work! Only one worked next to the TV. So.. You pretty much pay for nothing. They don't listen to your requests either. They don't even provide a toothbrush. Like REALLY?! I called Concierge and Front Desk, no help at all. You have to improve your service and seriously change your people. I and my husband spent so much for nothing. Will not go back and will NOT recommend this place.
