Bring flip-flops, you will need them. Incredibly disappointed. The rug in our room was so wet we had to walk around with shoes on. We called the front desk to ask to be moved and were informed, after already having paid for 2 nights in advance through Expedia, that they were fully booked. I went to the desk and demanded a move, since even the bathroom floor was wet (we were on the second floor). I told them the they would either move us or they would need to take the money we had already paid them and send us to another hotel, which they would pay for, to stay for the night. After a long time watching the clerk peck at the computer, they finally moved us (fully booked?) to another room, this time on the 3rd floor. This ended up being a good thing. As we were moving our belongings the person across the hall (in a smoking room?) began putting out a great deal of pot smoke. So we moved upstairs only to find yet another wet rug, thought not as soaking, so we opted to stay put. Perhaps they are using some sort of carpet cleaning machine that is messed up? Anyway, you get what you pay for I suppose. When we told the clerk about the pot smoke he didn't seem to understand why this was an issue... ugh. I think I am more disappointed that folks were not as honest in their reviews, we would have known what we were getting into. Oh and the free breakfast was all cereal, bagels, and make your own pancakes - no fruit, fresh or otherwise, and the coffee and juice were miserable - thankfully there was fast food across the street.
