I went in here with an appointment at 11:30 for a consultation. Filled out my paperwork like they asked and waited. While waiting I watched the receptionist run back and forth down the hall laughing and giggling with a coworker. I'm all for fun at work but in a professional environment, there's just something's a client shouldn't see or hear. After I noticed it was close to 12 and no one had addressed me yet, I stood up at the reception desk waiting for someone to actually acknowledge that I was there. Another worker walked through the front door and I had her give me back my paperwork so that I could leave. Very unprofessional. I'm giving them a two star only because the lady I spoke to after I left and complained was very nice.
