I came here to drop off my Doctor request a week earlier and gave my insurance card and infoes they went on calling the wrong insurance that confirm they were in network ??? And so now they are out of network and even charged me a fee that my policy had nothing to do with. I dispute the charge with visa and I am waiting them to figure this out because they demage me !!! Going in and out of network increase my total out of poket $ of 4.000$ I Also already informed my attorney that will send a letter to them! Very disappointed they even wrong location for my appointment and they were able to squeeze me in because I was really upset and ready to get out of their facility, probably it was better if I did !!! What a mess of an office
