Dr. Wolfson might be a quality physician however his staff is uncaring and inconsiderate. As a new patient needing medication, his staff neglected to call in a pre-authorization for three days to my insurance and then lied about it. After I wasted a trip to get drug samples so I didn't run out, they miraculously had the pre-authorizations not only faxed over, the pharmacy was also contacted. Not once did they apologize for their oversight and inconvenience they caused me. If you decide to go to this medical practice, my advice is to stay on top of this staff and don't believe a word they say.
