Now, granted I haven't actually had any work done except xrays, photos, and a consult.....but this was seriously the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. And I never thought I'd put all of those words together in the same sentence. I got a pleasant welcome from the receptionist (although I'm not sure I got his name). The tech, Andre, was super friendly, Dr. Liu was very personable and explained absolutely everything he noted about what is wrong and how it can be corrected/treated without being the slightest bit pushy, their treatment coordinator, Erika, created the estimate and explained what each of the charges were and where to go from here, and Kayla, whom I now realize is Dr. Mai, also brought me a blanket (without having to ask) while I waited for the estimate and extended an offer for drinks and snacks. Oh, and they offer [moderate] sedation so you really shouldn't feel a thing (unlike those useless lidocaine injections). And fresh baked cookies, coffee, and massage chairs while you wait in the lobby. Oh! And they are open on Saturdays AND Sundays (closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays). All in all, customer service was on point today. I'll post an update once I've actually had the work done.
