We had to stay in the area for a car purchase but that's another horror story. I was very disappointed in the room we got. We had been staying in Best Westerns for almost 2 yrs. building up points so we had a free night. Well we got there at 3 pm and was told they were short handed so our room wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours. We come back and they had put us in front of the ice machine. Didn't think of it at the time but was woke up all night with people filling up their coolers. The beds were so soft I keep sinking in the middle and the next morning my back was killing me. We ask for another room the next day and was told there weren't any. Don't think I would stay there again.
