Terrible! I called them with a few questions about a very expensive FX Crown and Royale. First, I waited for 20 mins on the phone for someone to answer. When a sales person finally answered he didn't know much about the product and was very confused about the pricing.i had to correct him about pricing many times because I was looking right at their site during conversation. Second, the guy kept telling me that the rifle I wanted was on back order and that the waiting list was over 60 people. That number kept increasing as the conversation went on to 100 people on wait list. Third, the sales man kept pressing me to pre-order and put down $500 to assure I'm on the waiting list. Red flags all over! How can you be sure that if something goes wrong these guys will fix it? They will hang you out to dry! RUN!
