Late Christmas afternoon, I spotted this place because of people walking out with thai ice cream rolls. There were about 5 people ahead of me and it took 5-10 minutes for them to go through before it was my turn. I noticed the cashier, an east asian man, stated to the girl in front of me that she was pretty so he would not charge her tax. And then there was another young adult female sitting on a chair in their little facility. He kept trying to add her on Facebook and told her she had to add him because he couldn't add her. Okay, maybe they are friends. Felt a bit odd listening to everything. When it was my turn, I bought two rolled ice creams ($5.99 for any of their listed flavours plus 3 toppings). I ordered Lychee with strawberry, kiwi, and mango. My friend ordered Oreo with pretzel, oreo cookie, and oreo crumbs. We were charged $13.50. I noticed while the two gentlemen were making our foods, they used those coconut lychee jellies to make my lychee ice cream rather than real fruit. And perhaps the station for lychee wasn't cold enough because I noticed mine was a lot thinner and liquidy than my friend's oreo being made. I was a bit disappointed when I got my rolls because hers looked fully chilled yet mine was slightly melted because it never fully froze. The gentlemen rolling mine even had trouble rolling it up....because it was so thin and not fully frozen...In spite of this, my food tasted really good, and I also tried my friend's Oreo. Hers stayed true to the taste of Oreo, but it was too sweet for my liking. Rated 4 for good food, but I'll be venturing to other vendors who are more...professional in the future.
