At Jean Philippe's in the Bellagio, they have 4 different types of extremely huge gourmet ripened strawberries - one covered in hazelnut chunks, one in toffee, one in coconut shavings, and one half of milk and half of white chocolate (the first three are also covered in chocolate). I've tried the milk chocolate as well as the toffee ones - my absolute favorite were the toffee strawberries. They're all refrigerated, so it's quite cold, and the berry itself is extremely ripened with a little bit of tang but awesomely sweet. The toffee covering was absolutely divine. These deliciousness comes in a 'reusable' plastic cup to catch all your droppings so you can eat the crumbs at the end. YUM! I even met the big man himself, and he's extremely nice, humble, and quite funny! +toffee strawberries :D +look for Chef Jean Philippe :D +located inside the Bellagio
