I was totally dreading this appt and put it off for a long time. My sister-in-law referred us and made my appt for me because I really need glasses.
From the time I came in, to choosing glasses and the exam everyone here was extremely warm and friendly. They made this experience very comfortable. The receptionist was very polite and informative, she didn't seemed bothered by my questions.
Kevin was amazing and helped my daughter and I pick the perfect frames for our face shape. He has an eye for choosing frames, this was the part I was worried about most because I thought it was going to be a long hellacious process, especially because they have such a huge variety. Mahalo, Kevin!
An then Paulina was extremely friendly, positive and polite. She knew how to keep a conversation going which made me feel not so nervous.
Then the doctor, such pleasant energy about her. She was absolutely lovely! Very sweet and personable. I didn't feel rushed during my exam and she took time to explain things and was so kind.
I would recommend this office. A+++++
