This was the first time I went to a shooting range so I really don't have a comparison. We went to this place because it was walking distance from the Stratosphere, where we were staying. We chose to build our own package which included our choice of 1 pistol and 2 rifles. Having no idea about guns I based my choice on how they looked and suggestions from the lady helping us: Glock 19 9mm, HK G53, and the FN M249 SAW (info was written on my target sheet). I was a little nervous, mainly because I heard about gun recoils. It wasn't so bad at all! It was actually quite fun and simple. Our Range Safety Officer, Ernie, was so patient, explained everything, and made me feel comfortable. Thanks, Ernie & Strip Gun Club for the unforgettable experience!
