By far the best experience I have had at any dealership, hands down. I walked in to ask about getting my 1 ton dually in for what I feared was going to be a rough process, having been to Bill Luke multiple times, but soon realized I had absolutely nothing to worry about. I spoke with Robert and dropped my truck off with him an hour later, got me in ahead of his estimate and finished the work DAYS ahead of schedule, mostly because of parts availability, but that just means they have a good team working together there, the tech that worked on my truck was thorough and clean, no oil or dirt was left inside my truck like has happened at other dealerships. I highly recommend this place, my fiancé and I will be using this dealership from now on for any repairs or maintenance from now on. Great job to everyone that worked on my truck!
