Where do I start. I signed my 4 year old up for one of their 30 day specials. Upon signing up one of the instructors met my son and gave him a uniform. Got home it was like 2-3 sizes too big. I went back that week to exchange it and was told the size I needed would have to be ordered. Fine with me so I left the uniform along with my name and number waiting for them to call once the uniform came in. Weeks went by and no call. By this time my son was no longer interested so I decided I wanted my money back. I called a few times with no answer, when I finally got a hold of someone I was told that they don't handle refunds so I left my name and number AGAIN. 2 weeks go by and no call. I go up there today and I tell one of the young staff members I need to speak with someone about a refund, she returns with another boy who looks about 15 to tell me that the lady that does refunds isn't here. So are there no adults in this building!? I leave my name and number YET AGAIN! my issue is still not resolved and it shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund for classes I never attended and a uniform that I no longer have
