While Postino is not my favorite food place, their customer service is outstanding. Two friends and I arrived at 4:15 on a Friday night requesting an inside table. The hostess quoted a 30 minute wait. After about 40 minutes, the manager, Justice, approached us apologizing that it was taking longer. He told us he would comp some bruschetta for us. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes and he also covered a bottle of wine for us. While the wait was a bit long, they more than made up for the wait and I will return.
