If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I am about to have a lawsuit against these people. I moved out of my apartment two years ago. I gave the proper 30 day notice to the manager and moved out the beginning of June. Two years later I am being attacked by their supposed collections department where this woman has degraded me and called me names in her emails (Tyra Lindquist) as well as sent me some bullshit statement which says I never gave them a deposit which is clear bull. Gave them a deposit and first months rent. Shows right on my copy of the lease. Also charges for 600 dollars in carpet removal. 60 dollars for keys (which were given to them then end of term) 800 dollars in damages?? And a bunch of other cleaning fees. That apartment was left in better condition then it was rented to me. It wasn't even cleaned before I moved into it. I have pictures of the apartment and have copies of receipts from paid rent. These people are lunatics. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM! It was a horrible experience. Snakes and scorpions everywhere in the apt. They don't take care of anything. They all are shady and two faced and now two years later out of the blue they are attacking a US Veteran for more of his money.
