Clean studio, energetic workout. Class is fast paced and includes cardio which is great. They pack the room in though so it's very difficult to always see the instructor and bc of the size the instructor typically can't correct you if your form isn't proper. When the class isn't as full- they're super good with helping correct your form and offering modifications. At times the fast pace has taken away from proper form so I don't feel I always get the best workout I could or target the muscles like I'd like to. Can be difficult to follow or always seeing what we're doing for newcomers if class is full. I gave it a try for 30 classes and unfortunately just didn't see the results I hoped for. The classes seemed to be the same at times which prevents growth bc of muscle memory. At times I felt the exercise was made up and didn't actually target the muscles but hurt ligaments and joints. As a personal preference I prefer other barre classes studios in the area for seeings results and sculpting. But hands down Pure barre is the best for cardio and a sweat - just not impressed with the toning results.
