I want to say thank you to Jim for making my first ever cruise vacation an unforgettable one and so stress free! Jim is so knowledgeable and full of suggestions, funny and willing to work with you to make your trip come true! Everything was so easy, stress free and he followed up with me often in case there were any changes. I even got engaged on our cruise and now setting up my honeymoon trip with Jim!
