Worst PM I ever used. The owner Brian never kept his word. This guy doesn't know how to manage his team and they kept making mistakes. The worst part is that he would not keep his word to correct his mistake.
Most recently, our tenant's washer was down and Brian deducted the expense from our rent. We found it out and talked to him. He agreed to refund us last month. But it never happened. We talked to him last week. He told us that it isn't his responsibility to refund us. This wasn't the first time he broke his promises.
