Our group went on a tour of the brewery here. It was actually quite entertaining! I had my doubts because of another brewery tour I went on a few months prior sucked major balls.
Here they let us sample the grains, hops, and the tour comes with 2 drink tickets. Our guide Remy was entertaining and kept the tour interesting. The biggest issue I had with this tour, was the fact that after the tour, in order to try their delicious food and beer, and use your drink tickets, you had to go back out, put your name down, and wait for a table. OR, if you were able to snag a seat at the bar, you could, but it's very limited seating.
There was a large seating area towards the area where the tour started, that didn't appear to be occupied or used. It was just there, complete with tables and chairs, just not being used. NOW, I don't know about you, but wouldn't it be a great idea, to allow the people who just finished the tour, to sit at those tables and allow them to use their drink tickets there? Maybe even order some food? It just didn't make sense that you'd pay for a tour, already inside the building, to then kick you out, so you can get a table back inside the restaurant.
Just doesn't make sense to me... and for that reason I couldn't give it another star.
I will say, their fries are some of the best french fries I've ever had...
