I was told to come 30 minutes early for check in. I was notified, when I showed up on time, that I wouldn't be seen until 8:15. I got in at 9:15pm and did t get out until 9:50pm I have ALWAYS had a long wait at this location, but this time it was so inconsiderate not to call ahead and let me know they were running over an hour late that I had to complain. Because my appointment was so late at night, my Insurance office was closed to verify coverage the front desk tried to collect the full payment for my MRI, it was fully covered. Things need to change at this office, it's ridiculous
