Horrible customer service!! these employees must hate their jobs!!!! no acknowledgment when you walk in the door! I stood there for five minutes before the young lady told me to have a seat and they will call me when they were ready. I have used this place on three separate occasions and every time there has been a different situation about what I was missing and why they couldn't complete my transaction yet I have gone one block down the street to a different third-party and had my transaction completed with no problem and great customer service. I called back in to speak with the manager of Valerie who was just as rude on the phone and she was in person.
