I just got done dealing with Amanda and thought before I post my review, will read others to ensure my experience is not one off. And no, i am not the only one. Echo what everyone else has to say about this company and her. Amanda is totally unprofessional and doesn't understand a word of Customer Service. My items from Wayfair were not delivered because i missed the call from the delivery team. I called them back within 10 mins and it went to no response. When i called warehouse in the morning and reached Amanda to reschedule, i was told i will have to wait for another week. What kind of delivery service is this? and when i questioned why can it not be done earlier, she just said she cant do it. Take it or cancel it and then she hung up on me. Worst delivery service ever.
