I was so disappointed in my experience here! We came in it was so messy in there. Clothes were everywhere. The worst part was needing help and not getting any. We waited and waited for her to be done cashing out some customers and then she took off. We asked her if there was a food scale anywhere and she didn't know and told us to wait and after she cashed these people out she'd help us. That was a huge lie. She had no intention of helping us at all. That was poor customer service in a messy store. I have this gift card for JCPenney and I will have to go to a different one that's hopefully cleaner with nicer people.
