Estimate for additional mesh gate took a while, called multiple times to finally get the estimate
8/6/16 they took final measurements. Paid half the balance to start the work. They stated it would take no longer than a week for the gate to be ready to be installed after power coating and painting.
A week pass, I had to keep calling them for updates myself. They kept saying someone will contact me
Finally someone contacted me 8/24/16 stating they will be arriving to the house the next day. They stated it will take 2-3 hrs to finish. It took them over 5 hrs to finish. They did not knock on my door to let me know I was done. I walked out to see a bad job done. Screws was not screwed in properly, and the head of screw was missing. They called the next day to complete payment, told them the job was incomplete. They came back to fix it partially and left again. They called again for payment, same statement, job is incomplete.
They only time they'll call, is for payment. Job is terrible. Will post picture of their job
