I have stayed here regularly for business for years. Most recently...weekly stays totaling 9 nights over the last 5 weeks (Feb-Mar). The quality and cleanliness of my rooms has gone SIGNIFICANTLY down hill. I have found coffee stains on the desk top, less than clean bathroom tops (tooth paste residue and gunk), carpets that have not been vacuumed and hard floors that have not been mopped. Two times, the shower drains have been slow (backing up) requiring maintenance -- I wonder if the maids are truly cleaning the showers... "how are they not seeing this"?. The only positive are the close with walking distance bars and restaurants. I am returning to Chandler the first week of April and I DO NOT PLAN on staying here.
