The crew did not follow instructions as asked. We specifically asked if they were going to dump anything outside and the crew that was there said definitely not. If they were to dump, we had a specific location where we wanted the waste put. When we returned, there were three different locations on our property that they decided to dump what looked like concrete waste. We were not forewarned about how much dust was going to be left behind. When we asked, he said 10% however, our home was covered in inches of dust. It was inside the cabinets and when we came home, our doors were open as if they did not shut them when they worked on the primary room. It just appears that they did not make any effort to make sure our covered belongings stayed covered as the plastic on the bathtub was not in place. There were stain drips in rooms where we did not ask them to work in. After complaining to them, they did not offer to help with the rest of the clean up or to fix their problems. They were very friendly however the job of cleaning up their work has left a bad taste with us. Would never recommend.
