Only went 3 times and when I tried to schedule another appointment I was told the massage therapist moved-I said ok I will schedule with another therapist -their response Sorry No that was her own business. Yet, I paid Natural Healing not knowing this was an individual soley-this is not disclosed on Groupon or anywhere in the office! So us, the clients have no idea we are dealing with one person. DO NOT GO HERE-DOORS WILL BE CLOSING WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WEST VALLEY IS SMALL AND THE WORD WILL SPREAD.
