I purchased wipers for my daughters car. I found one of them was missing the necessary parts to complete the installation. I called and they said "we are closing in five minutes. " I explained the situation and told manager , I was on my way. I called from the intersection 200 feet from their door and told them I would be pulling in shortly. I pulled up, the manager stepped outside saw me smiled locked the door and got in his car and left. It would have taken two minutes to swap the wipers. Instead he made the choice to send me to a competitor. I will be shopping at O Reilly auto parts from now on. This Autozone doesn't care about customer service nor do they want to be our neighborhood auto parts destination.
