I don't even know how to put into words how much I felt like I was being punked. I just moved in down the road and upon moving ended up getting a few small soot stains on my brand new comforter. I took it down and they assured me it could be cleaned and would take 5-7 days. In truth it took almost 2 months to get my comforter back. I stopped in almost daily towards the end and was promised I would receive a call, or that it would be in the next day. (it never was) When it did finally arrive, it smelled terrible and the stain was still visible. The only good thing of this was that they didn't charge me (to basically hold my comforter hostage for 2 months). Thanks to them my comforter is still ruined and my time wasted. I'll be shocked if the stain hasn't permanently set forever ruining my new piece. Sidenote: It smells like cigarette smoke inside, seems odd in a place that's supposed to house clean clothes.
