My girlfriend and I were very pleased with the service provided by Advantage Home Inspections. Bernie was great! He was very professional and personable. He arrived early and was inspecting right on time. We also felt comfortable in the house while he was performing the inspection. The report he gave us looked very similar to the sample report on their website. It was extremely detailed and Bernie went through the eintire report with us. Advantage gives you a binder that includes your report and some articles about basic home repair and maintanance. It was a nice suprise and a vauble tool.
