Let me start by saying I absolutely love the two dentists and the hygienists. I have enjoyed all of the experiences I have had with them. They take great care and are very friendly. My biggest complaint is the last 3 or 4 times I've been to the office, there has been a tremendous delay. Last time, I think they actually forgot about me in the waiting room. The a couple times ago, I waited an hour before they told me the Dr. was in surgery and it's taking longer then expected and I had to reschedule. I go to the dentist during my lunch hour expecting it to be a little longer than my hour, but the waits and lack of communication and adhering to the schedule is extremely frustrating. I will give them another chance even though after a few strikes, they should be out. I love the people and I hope things will improve.
