I had my hair cut by a blond woman from Europe. I forgot her name but she cut my thick, asian hair really well. My bob haircut was smooth and sleek. I don't remember her using razor or texturizing scissors which was awesome since using razor and texturizing scissors can damage my kind of hair and/or make it look like a mess. Loved her cutting technique. I was also amazed by Liz's color technique. I told her what I was looking for and she did an amazing freakin job. In my last hair color job with her, she transformed my reddish colored strands into a burgendy hued base with strategically placed bits of very subtle gold highlights. She also didn't damage my hair with her color technique! YAY! :) I got a lot of compliments for this hair color. Sadly, I haven't returned to this place since 2009. I felt it's a bit too expensive for the quality. I had the same quality back in CA but for much much cheaper. However, I must say that since it's a very difficult task to find a hairstylist that I LOVE in Vegas, I might have to come back here again even if it's expensive.
