5 stars! The techs at Wolfgang's do NOT get paid on commission. When commission is involved there is a lot of upsell and to be honest the potential to sell many "extras" which are simply not needed. My tech, Justin, was very honest and explained everything to me (I had a lot of questions for him). The AC went out last week and Justin was able to get me back up and running. If he or Wolfgang's would have been dishonest, he could have charged me an arm and a leg to get the AC back on. This is a great company, and I am glad I found Justin and Wolfgang's.
