I went in today, found what I needed by myself, and made me way to the checkout. It took fifteen minutes to ring through the person in front of me - partly because the customer was difficult and partly because the cashier attending the desk had no idea what they were doing .
I stood there for fifteen minutes while one and then two people lined up behind me. The manager stood at the counter blowing up the balloons the entire time. Couldn't stop to ring us in, didn't apologize for making us wait. Just hung out and blew up his balloons while his incompetently trained staff struggled the entire time.
Nice management skills.
