I have to give credit for this company for setting up a time and being on time to give an estimate, but there is when things didn't go so well. The technician gave my wife an estimate of $1,012.50 to replace 3 things (Pressure Valve, Ball Valve and a new shower handle installation). When he stated that he had all the items on the truck and could start immediately, my wife called me to see what I thought. I told the technician that I thought the price was a bit high . . . to which he responded "Well, tell me what you want to pay." Right there I felt uncomfortable and KNEW that I wasn't probably getting the best of deal. So I politely thanked him and told him that I would think about it. I called another highly rated Yelp plumber to have the same work done. And instead of sending out a technician, they asked for me to text them a photo of what I wanted done. And within 30 minutes I had a quote for the worked I wanted done. The price was only $525 or 48% LESS than I was quoted by this company. Now I have a feeling that this company would have done the job superbly, but it just is MUCH more expensive than the competition. AND the competition completed the job this past weekend on time and at the quoted price.
