We decided to use the on-the-go app this morning as we were on limited time to grab breakfast this morning. We pull through the drive thru as the app said, and the manager tells us to go back through the VERY long drive thru line to put in our request for our order as they have not begun to make our order yet. The manager was extremely rude about it. We try to walk in to grab the order but the inside was closed for some reason. We go back through the drive thru to try to grab our order and the manager was rude to us yet again about giving us our order. I've never seen a restaurant with more poor customer service. The app states that the location will begin to make your order once you check in, and they never did. As you see, I ordered at 7:05 and didn't receive it until 7:51. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts.
