If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible experience and lies from these guys. I sent an ipad in for screen repair, they sent to Apple for replacement. Next day I called and said I need my ipad returned, DO NOT PROCEED with replacement. MacMedia confirmed they contacted Apple and said Apple confirmed it would be returned (it had sensitive data that had failed to backup prior to sending). Called MM a few days later and they said, yup, your iPad is back. I went to pick it up and they hand me a new ipad - WUT? I don't want a new one, I need MINE back!
Then MacMedia story changes, and they say the first tech misspoke and that Apple never returns and ipads for any reason. Ever. I called Apple and they denied MM's view on that. They do return in certain cases. Too late now. Ipad not to be found in Apple warehouse. Thanks MacMedia for facilitating the loss of irreplaceable data.
