First time trying the famous La Diperie after living in Montreal for 5 years, and I wasn't disappointed! The place is small, but pretty, very turquoise which I think is the brand color. There was one person serving the entire line, from making the cones to being the cashier. Regardless of all that work she was patient and friendly which I admire! For the cones, it's rich vanilla soft serve dipped in a coating and sprinkled with a topping of your choice. Prices are fair and the portions are pretty big, I could split a medium with a friend. I ordered one with espresso coating with M&Ms. Note to self for next time to get some kind of nut toppings 'cause sweet on sweet is a bit too much aha. My friends got ginger, which if you're a ginger lover you'd like very much, another got cookie dough with pistachio (very good). Service was great, place was cute, delicious cones, can't complain!
