We have been wanting to visit Fuego Bistro for quite some time and my wife and I finally made it out there. This is a gem of a place. The ambiance is spectacular. We unfortunately had to sit inside because we didn't have a reservation but either way it was great. We started with a order of the empanadas and they were awesome! My wife ordered a mojito and it was poured very strong and very good. We then ordered something that was not on their menu but we saw pictures of it on Yelp so our excellent server Pashley helped us get it. We got the braised beef and it was to die for. The meet was so tender and moist. We got the potatoes as one side and the jalapeño cream corn. Was one of my favorite dishes and places that I've been to in a long time. We will definitely be back!
