I would give this company no stars if I could. They quoted me $40 for a steam cleaning, then the technician who came to my house kept trying to haggle with me and his "boss" who was on the phone. They wanted me to spend $260. I said no, they "steam cleaned" and left. They basically just got my carpets wet, because they looked the exact same. Their steam cleaning gets no dirt out whatsoever. I'm not even sure what the purpose is. So I called Stanley Steamer who came out the same day and made my carpets look brand new. I'll never use this company EVER again. Can't believe they're still in business.
