Sadly my experience was less than enjoyable. My fiancé purchased my ring at this location and being that it's the closest one to my house I took it there to get it sized. While taking it in for sizing I figured I'd look at wedding bands as well. I showed them a picture of a ring and said this is what he likes. The sales rep Sarah said it had to be custom and she needed to get Brittany involved. So me not knowing this industry said okay. They quoted me 3000, not including taxes and my warranty (which Brittany only told me after I had swiped my card). To put this in perspective I had the diamonds I wanted placed in the ring, all I needed was the band and it was still 3000. So after making the purchase I went home and started researching, calling other Kay stores and Kay customer support and every person I spoke to said this was not the case. They do have bands which can have diamonds placed in them for under 3000.
I went to the store to cancel my order and they tried everything in the book not to cancel. Even calling their district manager and grilling me about who I spoke to at the other locations. I felt like I was on NCIS. so after I said I want to just cancel. This is larger than it should be, they tried telling me my deposit for a wax mold was non refundable but everything else was. Little did they know I already spoke to Kay customer service and they told me everything was refundable and there shouldn't be any problems. Needless to say, unless you know EXACTLY what you want stay away and save the stress.
