This place deserves -2 stars. My wife and I bought cars more then one occasion here, the last time I had our car in for service I browsed the lot and met a nice enthusiastic salesman named Larry, let me tell you his personality is great, it's a shame he doesn't get to close the financial part of the deal because that's where the dealership fails. We decided if we could get a deal on two vehicles we would buy hem both. the sales manager was a guy who basically killed the deal for Larry, he was rude , condescending and out right unpleasant, he threw a offer at me and pretty much said take it or leave it, I had at that point decided I wanted the vehicle but needed to take a break to grab a bite to eat and clear my head, buying a vehicle can be an overwhelming experience, mind you my car was still being Serviced, the manager insisted we take the vehicle to drive, I told him we didn't want to we were going to walk and find a place near by, he rudely commented " where are you going to go? There's nothing in walking distance ". At that point he was pushing my patience, I decided forget it deal is off. We left . A day later I get a call back and Larry tells me how can we fix this? We come to an agreement and we talk out a price for the two vehicles, he says let me talk to his manger to finalize and he'd call me back. He calls me back and says " we have a deal" when do you want to come down pick up vehicles? I arrange to leave work early and so does my wife so we can drive down the 100 miles from the verse valley to pick them up, 20 mins later the rude manager calls me back and try's to change the deal saying we need to pay more then we agreed. I could not believe it, the deal again fell through , totally dishonest and greedy sales managers ruin our experience , Id never buy a vehicle from this place again if it was the last dealership left in Arizona. Id rather walk
