We built our pool last summer and enjoyed it at the end of the summer and now. Originally, Rondo was great to work with but as the project continued, the communication was not great. We had problems with the gas line and we had to schedule everything for the line to be rerouted-they did not have a contact at the gas company. Everything took longer than expected but it got done. I have contacted about maintenance issues and they respond quickly. I wish they would give out a new owner's guide to owning a pool instead of directing us to youtube videos. I love the pool and would work with them again.
