Since it's not better than it was in 2013 I'm going to downgrade them. I've never seen such lousy service at a Hilton property. Top to bottom. In 2013 I spoke with management and they literally don't care.
This morning they refused to make me an omelet using butter. They'd only use butter flavored soybean oil. How hard would it have been? How about something healthy like oatmeal?. I'm not talking about instant in packets either. This place is ridiculous.
This place is a shining example of why Hilton should never franchise their properties.
