Nancy Erdmann is a good provider but this office has consistently caused me problems when it comes to prescription refills. Just a few weeks after coming in for an appointment and being told they'd call in my RX, the pharmacy said I was out of refills and the provider had refused to authorize a refill. I called the office staff to explain it must've been a mistake and they were rude and unhelpful, transferring me multiple times to auto recordings and voicemail and telling me I needed to come in again for an appointment! They will only write your RX for 6 months even for very common meds so you are forced to pay for appointments twice yearly, I've never had a provider do that before. In this case apparently anyone who can help me is out the entire week which makes it hard when I've run out of medication. They don't return calls.
