Is there a no star option??? Goettl sucks!!! They used to be okay, before they became Goettl Good Guys. Now they're "too booked up" with other emergency calls to even submit our issue to a technician. It's midnight and it's 82 at least in the house, humid as heck and it's 100 degrees outside. We have a one year old, a person who is an organ transplant recipient, and a paid service contract that apparently we can wipe our backsides with. They are supposed to provide 24/7 service which they actually do not provide. Do not, under any circumstances waste your money with this lying disreputable company. They finally called all nonchalant the next day at 10:00. Gee, we see you called with a problem. Lets see if we can set up an appointment to come look at it. Well, no you can't. After reaching temperatures inside that can be deadly to our one-year old and having to relocate him to another home, we found someone who was able get out here within an hour of our call. We're done here. Bad business. Stay away.
