TERRIBLE SERVICE. To be fair, the food here is delicious and my husband and I used to go all the time. Service is generally quite slow, but we could make an exception because the food was so good. But the last 6/6 times we've been, food items we ordered never came out even though we were charged for it; they brought out food we never ordered and charged us for it; or, the food arrives 45 minutes after you've ordered it (and trust me, your server will not care of bother to check on the status of your food). I have other friends who have complained about Yasu's questionable billing practices and terrible, slow service (the wait staff is never in a rush to check on you, refill drinks, or keep track of your food), so as much as I love the food, I won't be returning unless service improves significantly.
