This dealership deserves a big fat 0, for their service dept., and there is no customer service or communication here. I scheduled an appointment for a basic oil change at 11:00 am today. I arrived here at 10:52am and they told me there are 13 cars ahead of me & it'll take 3-hours.
Why have the option to make appointments if you over-book them and make your customers wait excessively. It's a basic oil change, not brain surgery.
We bought a new car from them but won't be servicing our car at this place again.
