I've waited a week to calm down before writing this review.
Gary came to sell me my shutters, nice guy, felt comfortable with my purchase.
Lynn called to set up my appointment to have them installed.
I waited at home all afternoon for the installers to arrive, no show, no call, no explanation what so ever! After waiting for hours I called Lynn and Gary. I was told that they were unable to reach the installers by phone but they would still be at my house. Nothing.
The installer showed up 2 hours late and 2 days later. Lynn and Gary wouldn't return my calls.
Shutters are installed and seem fine. Some of them don't close tightly and let a little light in but I'm not about to call to have them adjusted.
Still can't believe how disrespectful they were of my time. And the fact that Lynn and Gary both wouldn't answer my phone calls was unbelievable to me.
Such a huge disappointment in a local company.
